I go through your site and send a written fix list. You pick what matters, and A$249 covers up to 2 hours of those fixes: broken links and buttons, leftover template text, a contact form that actually arrives, phone and mobile layout problems, and your Google listing matching the site. You get a short before-and-after report.
The weekly spreadsheet or report someone rebuilds by hand, set up to refresh on its own.

Anyone can put your business name on an email and hit send. SPF lists the servers allowed to send as your domain, DKIM signs genuine mail so it can't be quietly altered, and DMARC tells receiving servers what to do with mail that fails those checks. Set to reject, most major providers refuse it. Email lockdown sets up all three for A$349 (one domain, two-factor on up to 5 mailboxes).
Yes. Type it into the terminal above. It reads your public SPF, DMARC and mail records straight from DNS in your browser, and nothing is sent to me. DKIM needs your mail provider's selector name, so I check that as part of a review.
First I check your site on desktop and phone and send you a written list of what's broken or looks unfinished, in plain English, with what I'd fix first. You choose from that list. A$249 covers up to 2 hours of the fixes you pick, on the platform your site already uses (I need an admin login). Anything that would take longer, like a redesign, new pages or new copy, I quote before doing. When it's done you get a short report of what changed, with before-and-after screenshots. Hosting, domain and plugin fees stay with your existing providers.
For one-off jobs you get the scope and the cost in writing before I start, and the price is for that scope. If you want something extra, I tell you the cost before doing it. The care plan and retainer or hourly work are agreed up front, with no lock-in.
